1. The rights of the artwork belong to me and the commissioner. Use of the artwork is both my decision as well as the commissioner's. 

2. My artwork cannot be used in any mass marketing, mass production or print on demand site with my written consent and a contract is worked out based on royalties. 

3. A commissioner may request a refund until the sketch is approved. After this a full refund is no longer possible. Once 50% of the work has been done, no refund will be given unless under special circumstances or refusal by the artist.

4. I refuse to draw artwork with themes of hate, political views, or any kind of slander.

Regarding Adult pieces:

1. I will not draw minors in sexual situations.

2. I refuse to draw some extreme fetishes, if you're worried your idea may fall into this category please contact me and we can talk about it! :)

3. All characters involved with the pieces must have the owner's consent before I draw them in the piece. Please talk to me if a special situation arises.
